St\u00e9phanie Gauthier<\/strong>
\n \u2014<\/span> Founder of Les Int\u00e9rieurs Belliss\u2019Immo<\/h2>\n

St\u00e9phanie was born and raised in Montreal, where she studied at Coll\u00e8ge Lasalle and Universit\u00e9 de Sherbrooke. Growing up, she always loved everything about real estate, from architecture to interior design.<\/p>\n

She was inspired to start flipping houses, and learned through real-life experience how staged properties sold for much more than when they were empty. She met up with one of the first home stagers in Montreal, who taught her the ropes for home staging so she could increase the value of her properties.<\/p>\n

A New Calling<\/h3>\n

Based on all this experience St\u00e9phanie realized there was a growing need for staging services in Montreal so she started Interieurs Belliss\u2019Immo to help homeowners sell faster and for better selling prices. She has a wide network of contacts in the space, and loves meeting and collaborating with people from real estate agents to contractors and home buyers looking to decorate their new space.<\/p>\n

She loves helping people during what can be one of the most stressful times in their lives (home sale and move), reliving those burdens on families to declutter or sell a home faster is what motivates her every day.<\/p>\n

Inspiration<\/h3>\n

St\u00e9phanie is passionate about design, architecture, travel, cooking, knitting, psychology, motorbiking, and checking Instagram and Pinterest for great new ideas and inspiration!<\/p>\n
